lets get right into the good news!!! we met a family last week and started teaching them. in the first lesson they all accepted a baptismal date. and yesterday all went to church! but not only that! aide went to church too and brought friends! AND the sisters in my district had a baptism and Aide came to it with us and afterwards accepted the invitation to be baptized again! all in all, we had 10 people come to church yesterday, and 6 people with baptismal dates!!!!! soo cool!!! and the best part is the baptism will be the Saturday before the next transfer and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be transferred. so that'll be and awesome way to end my time here in Mogambo!

being a district leader isn't as hard as i thought it would be, but I'm definitely more tired because of all the verifying stuff. but its fun so far. the district is doing good. got a meeting tonite and gonna start working with them in exchanges this week! and training Wadley isn't all the bad either ;) he's doing awesome at things. its just hard to adapt sometimes to a new lifestyle. he´ll get it! i got faith! haha

well i hope you guys all remember to read your scriptures everyday. learn from the stories in them! we all have things to improve! oh! and we got the conference liahona's this week!!!! so awesome!! i was super happy! and like always Uchtdorf still gives my favorite talks. honestly I've used the message from it since the beginning of April when he gave it cause it stuck with me. READ IT!

well this transfer ended on a high note!! no baptism sadly. but it was just a good week. it cooled down to like 80 this week!!!! hahaha that's still so dang hot!!! but it was nice and rainy too with lots of thunder and lightning.. (almost forgot what lighting was in English lol). this week me and wadley tracted into 2 new big families and have started teaching them! one of them is from Medellin and lived in my 2nd area!! crazy huh? i am soo excited about teaching them and hope to see their baptisms with in the next 4 weeks!!! 

that's right! I'm staying for the 4 week transfer until the new pres comes!! wooho! but there's more. I'm not only finishing Wadley´s training, but i am now the new district leader,  and Elder Gabitas (and elder from London i met back in Medellin) is coming to live with us to be Larrozas comp!!! this transfer is going to be excellent. honestly i thought it'd be cool to be a leader in the mission. but i was feeling a little reluctant about when they told us this morning. but, its all good. just more responsibility. but i got the Lord helping me. I LOVE HIM!

i know He lives. i know He knows me. and You. and all his crazy Colombian children. haha. i am so happy to be here helping Him in any way i can. i miss you all like crazy!

my mind is BLOWN by the thought that this week is the last week of the transfer!!! holy cow! i feel like i JUST barely went to Medellin to go get Wadley! CRAZY!

cant wait to find out what happens next week. well, yesterday was awesome it was so nice talking to you guys again! the next 7 months are gonna fly again, i just know it.. but i really don't want them too haha. comin up on my 10 month mark now. whaaaa? sweet huh?

well, as i told y'all yesterday, the baptism didn't happen :( i hate when these things fall through like that. but we are gonna fast this week for it we have decided! keep praying for her. she has her testimony and everything, honestly its just a fear of commitment i think. we have also been trying really hard to find some new people to teach this week. we are RUNNING up to them like a brave little mexican we all know ;) but we are doing all we can to talk to everyone and its working. I'm loving it!

i am excited for this weekend!!!! Aide went to church yesterday and can now be baptized this Saturday! we are gonna be spending this week getting her completely prepared for it. i am praying and crossing my fingers that EVERYTHING goes well. honestly tho the only thing that possibly could go wrong would be if she just lost the desire. and that's not likely! just pray tho! haha

doing great with my comp. really trying to help him with the language, i can tell hes struggling a bit. but i love that i get to be the one that helps him.

i cant believe I've already been in the coast 3 months. i feel like i just got here honestly. I'm glad that all the work we´ve put in will lead to this baptism on Saturday.

we have transfers in 2 weeks already and i am PRAYING i don't get changed. i wanna stay and finish Wadley´s training. but i cant wait to find out where my next area will be!! 

remember that God loves you. and even tho there are billions of peoples on the earth, He knows you personally and is aware of what you're going through. i love you all! ill talk to you on Sunday!!!! :)

tengo que pensar mucho para escribir en ingles. para los que sepan hablar español, bueno. pero los que no (la mayoría de ustedes) usen traductor jaja.

esa semana se fue volando! yo no sé como es que hoy es lunes otra vez. pero a la vez es chevere :) ojala que todos hubieran pasado bien en la ultima semana también. les extraño muchísimo! pero está bien porque les puedo llamar en 13 dias!! whoohoo!

man, estoy tan feliz! no puedo creer que he estado casi 3 meses acá en la costa!

la semana estuvo súper buena. hicimos todo lo posible para que Aide asistiera. y ella asistió! y tengo una historia muy bacana de ella que quiero compartir con ustedes pero lo comparto mejor en 13 dias. listo?

todo bien con mi compa tambien. él se está esforzando mucho para poder hablar mejor. y él entiende mucho cuando las personas le hablan. no puedo expresar como es para entrenar un misionero nuevito. tengo miedo de que me vayan a cambiar después esta cambio. seria chevere estar en una nueva area. pero quiero estar con mi hijo hasta el fin de sus primeras 12 semanas.

I'm afraid that I will change after this change. chevere would be in a new area. but I want to be with my son until the end of their first 12 weeks.
